Art Living Vienna is run by a private host. This means that the apartments are not part of a commercial hotel operation but are offered with personal care and attention to detail.

Nevertheless, you will, of course, enjoy the same level of service and comfort you would expect from professional accommodations.

Should any damage occur during your stay, a fee of up to €200 may be charged afterward in accordance with our house rules and damage policy.
